Clowne Rock & Blues Club - Gig Guide:

The Clowne Blues Club is now Clowne Rock & Blues to more reflect the blues based classic rock bands on offer & also because we aren't a club as such, as you don't have to be a member.

Live music at the Clowne Community Centre near Chesterfield, Derbyshire every Sunday night from 8.30pm 'till 11:00pm. Doors open from 7:45pm. Just 2 miles from the M1 Junction 30.

5th February	Healers(£3 on the door)
	Wolverhampton based band the Healers are influenced by the likes of Ronnie Earl, Fab T Birds, Freddie King, Tom Waits, SRV, & T Bone Walker, their set is hopefully a mix of all. Various members of the band have worked with the likes of Ian Parker, Roy Wood, Eric Bell, The Drifters, Chris Farlowe and Jackie Graham. This time out its more emphasis on guitar & a more diverse selection of covers and originals.
12th February	Hooson(£3 on the door)
	Hooson are one of the hottest bands currently playing the UK live music circuit. 2010 saw them taking their unique blend of Rockin' Blues & Soul into Europe for the first time. During the short time that the band have been on the road they have built a formidable reputation for their energetic live performances and great music.
19th February	Mutz Nutz(£3 on the door)
	With a combined age of 238 & over 155 years playing experience The Mutz Nutz bring a combination of maturity & quality to every performance. They are a five piece rock covers band that originate & play many of their gigs in the Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire area. If you like live classic heavy rock music then it doesn't get any better than this with bands such as Thin Lizzy & Iron Maiden featuring in their setlist.
26th February	Rodger(£3 on the door)
	Rodger are probably Sheffields finest rock covers band & are very popular at Clowne. They cover songs from the likes of Argent, Bad Company, Bowie, Blue Oyster Cult, Cream, Deep Purple, Dire Straits, the Doors, the Eagles. & that's only up to 'E'!!! There's many classic rock favourites in their setlist. Check them out.
